From a movie scene

The thing I enjoy the most about cinematography and documentary as a whole is the encounter you get to have with people of diverse culture and ways of life. My chance encounter with Rilwan and Aishat was facilitated by a good friend of mine , Tola ( Ayaoba) she is one negotiator I hope not to have to deal with again.

Winners Praise him in the African Way

The call to provide media coverage for this event came like every other one. Arrangements were made and concluded over the phone. A run-off-the-mill services wasn’t on my team’s agenda. The cool early morning breeze was eclipsed by the scorching sun in the afternoon. I bet someone probably accused the sun of not doing its job as it was out to prove a point. I hooked up with Solomon Samuel at the University of Lagos gate, and joined Benjamin of Emechael Photography,(please check his work out onwww.facebook.com/emachaelphotography). We got to the venue and by the time we were all set Up I had a feeling that the evening was going to be a wonderful one. One thing that struck me in particular was the zeal with which the youths of Winners Chapel, Irawo, went about the programme. All hands were on deck. Even the Host pastor would have passed for a young boy with the way he moved and praised God. At the end of the evening not only did my team get paid to cover the event, we were also paid to get blessed.

The Omoboye's

 When i was informed that i will be the one to document the union of Ayomikun and Oyinkan, little did i know that the couples will be so much fun to work with, Oyinkansoye is such a smiley and the ease at which she makes you feel welcomed is out of this world.
unfortunately it took me forever to deliver the complete job to the couple ( My unreserved apology once again). for the Pre wedding shoot they decided to settle into a free style theme. it was so much fun moving around the island and capturing the moments with this guys.

Beecees Birthday

So it was Sunday August the 4th and the D-Day had arrived, the team of PG Media got into its gears, Derenle had earlier delayed Ola and I (Samuel),  eventually we got to the venue of beecees birthday, we were taken aback cos we thought we were already late, anyway what started as a slow evening turned out to be an amazing night, Bisi and Eniola were such a good host ( I forgot to eat though, cos I was busy shooting away) the cakes were yummy, the DJ was on point, at a point i thought it was a concert, because of the amount of musical icons that were in the house. it was fun working with this love birds, thanks to Derenle Owen, Ola(Cornerstone), Joy and not forgeting Joshy Jaggz that tried to kick off his career as MC( it sucked anyway....lol.). I'm yet to work on the short video clips, but for now enjoy the pictures. PG Media sight will be back soon and you will be able to visit that.
